Pfadfinderdorf Zellhof – a international scout centre

Zellhof is an international scout centre for Scouts and youth groups with four houses and a large campsite, which is situated directly by a lake near Salzburg.

Every summer Pfadfinderdorf Zellhof becomes a mini jamboree. The 30,000m2 campsite and the four houses with 150 beds offer year-round accommodation for self-catering groups. There is also a 300m2 hall for activities in bad weather, a small football field, and a volleyball field as well as our swimming area by the lake. For seminars several seminar rooms are available

We greet young people from many different countries each year at Zellhof. International friendships are formed through activities and experiences shared together. Zellhof is an active youth camp site, where every group can put together their own program. For activities in the local area there are bikes and canoes available. The international and multilingual volunteers from the Zellhof team can help you plan your programme. Our small kiosk offers refreshments and is the central meeting place in summer.

Zellhof is easily accessible by public transport. It is 20km north of the city Salzburg in the Trumer Seenland, direct on the shore of the Grabensee.  We are in the middle of a nature conservation area.

Zellhof is a historical church-owned estate of Collegiatsstift Mattsee which was restored and further developed from 1970 by Ranger and Rover scouts under guidance of Monika and Adi Kronberger.
